Rise of the Vandals was once again held in the disused office block on Low Ousegate, York, courtesy of Mack & Lawler Ltd, in June/July 2023 in aid of SASH (Youth Homelessness). We raised £21,712.89.

We transformed all 4 floors into an exhibition of retrospective and contemporary spray paint culture, graffiti, street art and wall art. Three galleries, a cinema room, a history of York's graffiti and street art scene from the 80's to present day, art installations, 3D work, paste-up, 2 shops and a top floor DJ booth. There was also an online art auction after the event in conjunction with Tennants Auction House.

The artist line-up consisting of internationally renowned street artists and contemporary artists included: Kid Acne, Chu, James Jessop, Keith Hopewell, Nikki Goldup, Jo Peel, Soda, KMG, Mul, Prefab77, Remi Rough, Replete, Rowdy, Dan Cimmermann, Sharon McDonagh, Static, Lincoln Lightfoot, Inkie, Boxxhead, Sola, Real State, Rizak, Anonymouse, Coloquix, Steve Bottrill and Michael Dawson
